How do I make a purchase? Please refer to the shopping guide link
Do I need to set up an account to place an order? It is not necessary for you to set up an account and you may opt to check out as guest. However, signing up as member will entitle you to enjoy members-only discounts and you will be able to track your order status.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do? If you have forgotten your password, click here to enter your email address so we can send you a new one
Can I add or remove items from an existing order? You will be able to add or remove item before confirmation and payment. After which, you will not be able to make any more amendments to your order.
How will I know you received my order? You will receive a confirmation email once you complete the check out process.
What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept internet banking, atm funds transfer and paypal.
Do i need to have an account with paypal before i pay? No. You can opt to check out as guest.
What Currency can i use? Our default currency is in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment can be done in other currency but it is subjected to the international currency conversion rate and additional surcharge applies.
Can I track my order? You are able to track your order through the My ORDER tab under MY ACCOUNT. This feature is only available for members. Alternatively, if you have opted for registered postage, tracking number will be provided to you.
How long does it take for my order to arrive? This depends on the type of postage you chose. Normal postage will take 3-4 days. Registered postage will take 1-2 days.
What happens if my order arrives when I am out? For normal postage, the postman will drop the parcel into your letterbox. For registered postage, the postman will leave a notification slip at your doorstep which will advise you to proceed to your nearest post office to collect your parcel.
Can I cancel my order? Once your order has been paid and sent out, you will not be able to cancel your order.
When can i self-collect my orders? Your order will be available at your preferred Young Generation Shop 7 days after payment confirmation.
Do you offer same day collection in your outlet? ? We can only offer same day collection if the product you purchase is available in our retail shops. Should you require this service, do drop us an email and we will get back to you regarding the product availability as soon as we can.
How do I know if an item is in stock? The number of available stocks for each item can be found under the product information. Otherwise stated, all products are in stocks.

Can you customize my item? We do customizing for orders of certain quantity. For more information, contact us at email@example.com
I have received a defected/incorrect item. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kindly refer to the Return/refunds tab.
An item missing from my order. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org We will assist you as soon as we can.
How do I return or exchange an item? We will only accept return or exchange if the item you received is incorrect or defective. For more information, please refer to the Returns/refunds tab.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order? You will not be give cash refunds unless the item you ordered is out of stock.
Does Bespoke Gifts have seasonal sales? Yes we do. Do check back often to make sure you do not miss them
How do i use the discount code? Once you are happy with your choices, click on the ‘checkout’ tab and key in the appropriate discount code at the ‘My Cart’ page.
Is my personal information kept private? We respect the privacy of our customers and no private information provided by you will be disclosed to unrelated entities unless required by law.
